Community Trigger to handle Anti-Social Behaviour in West Berkshire    9 October, 2014

Community Trigger  Launched across West Berkshire

The Community Safety Partnership, including West Berkshire Council and Thames Valley Police are working together to introduce Community Trigger as part of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014.

The Community Trigger which comes into effect on 20th October 2014, is intended to enable victims of persistent anti-social behaviour to request a review of their case, and brings agencies together to take a joined up, problem-solving approach to find a solution.

If you have already reported anti-social behaviour to West Berkshire Council, Thames Valley Police or your housing association, and feel that the issue has not been resolved, you can request a Community Trigger review of your case*
