Speeding in the Parish

For years now your Parish council have been prevailing on West Berks Council(WBC)  to alter the speed limit on Goring Lane to no avail. Despite numerous accidents down the years, amongst the reasons for not altering the various limits is the lack of accident data. From liaison with Thames Valley Police (TVP) via the local Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG), it transpires that not all accidents are reported to the police.

To that end, residents are asked to report any accidents they see in the Parish (or indeed anywhere) , even if there are no injuries, to the police  via their website here:  Thames Valley Police.
